CLARK Investment Group also provides equity capital for many other types of real estate and non-real estate investments throughout the United States. CIGs venture capital division actively seeks new investment opportunities and relationships.
Many of these investments, but not all, are associated with the real estate industry, e.g., purchases of financial instruments collateralized by real estate, investments in property tax certificates (delinquent property taxes), judgments, etc. Additional examples include investments in operating businesses such as restaurants, banks, aviation related service businesses, and hotel operating companies.
Many of these relationships have developed into long-lasting, successful business partnerships. CIG actively seeks new venture/investment opportunities.
